Unfortunately, I do not have accurate knowledge on this subject, but I have my favorite formation and I am looking for coaches for such a formation

I also too have my favourite formation unbeaten in all competitions spread across 2 seasons. Used same formation with Portugal won the international tournament final against Spain.

Ok so the key is to find coaches who play with a flat back four then? Thinking about it, if you have coaches who have fav formation as 4-4-2 then trying to get them to coach the players using a back three is going to be harder isn't it?

I am still yet to understand proffesionism and determination but the rest are rather easy to fix.

Disloyal (unhappy players)

Current squad fears big matches (all about form)

Team workrate (your players teamwork)

Others self explanatory mate.

To up your squads professionalism you need to look at your players personality’s as you must have a few of players with negative ones. 

Determination is all part of teamwork I believe.

Try changing inside forwards to wide midfielders and strickers to (CF/AF DLF CF/AF) & WB to IWB as BBM's movement leave acres of space in middle. 

Or try putting 3CBs and put one player in midfield (DLP+BBM).  Using 3CBs have worked for me.

For all home games and easyish away games I started on 'Attacking'. Away games against top sides or potentially tricky sides - I started on 'Counter'. Then basically just judge the game as it happens. 99% of the time I will use all my subs around the 60 - 65 minute mark. I will always sub off my BBM and 2 of the strikers or INFs. 

I won 8-0 a couple of times in the league but here is my best result

Are you using the same attacking and defending instructions as the original tactic?

Yeah pretty much except look for overlap & shoot on sight. I use work in box &  through ball. Slightly narrow formation. 

But it seens tactics become unaffective after a season.
