Portsmouth FC formed in 1898 currently sit in League One, the English third division. They are one of 5 clubs to win all 4 top divisions of English football including two top division wins. They only have one Europe appearance in 2009, after their fa cup win. 

Objective of the Save:

Have a player make the World XI
