Help Training (intensive or normal)

I think what is best might vary from player to player. I’ve only used normal so far this year but have noticed a lot of players who want a more intense schedule so putting them onto intensive might be good for them. My personal opinion is that your clubs training facilities are the biggest factor in player development and I’ve noticed once those get maxed out, players seem to improve much more quickly regardless of the training schedule they happen to be on.

I don’t know what setting to use can anyone help me between intensive or normal for training player.  Thanks Liam 😊

If a player has resilient physique and/or very rarely gets injured, you can put him on intensive.

This is what I do as well. Most on Normal, those who can cope with it on Intensive.

Mind you I do sometime put normal players on Intensive just as they are about to level up, then take them off it after they do - not sure if that has any effect though, just something I do in case it works. 🙂

Does high intensity drain energy levels ? In my Everton second season I planned to literarily win all the silverware I can, that sometimes mean you can have three, even four games in a week.

I was delighted when I scouted and bought Tammy Abraham for a challenge.

‘Very rarely injured ‘ is constantly in the scout and subsequent coach report.

On intensive training he has been out for a month on 4 separate occasions.

If I’m in a save where we only play 1 game a week I would put everyone on intense, but it’s rare as I’m usually in European games so only in pre season 🙂
