Help TACTICAL HELP NEEDED!

I’ve never struggled so much on either mobile or pc to find a working tactic please if you have a decent tactic feel free to share

Just started a new save after being sacked by Luton so I’m in the second division of the Netherlands

Try the tactic I posted earlier today? You have all the player roles necessary. Took my to Champions League from League 1 in a short amount of time. Otherwise not so sure, you sent a lot of info haha 😂

Yeah, I kind just meant like going to your first team tab where it shows all the players on one screen with their roles, but its cool haha.

Woah @MEETSAAK that was a little too much info but that's ok, I like puzzles 😆 I'm no tactician but have you tried a 4-2-3-1 formation? Something like this:

                    Venema
                       TM
                  
   Harrison    Receveur    Alhaft
       IF              AP                W

        Bensabouh    Vossebelt
            BWM              CM

Koppers  Meijers   Mirani  Van Vlerken
    FB           CB         CB             FB

                    Etemadi
                        GK

Retrain Receveur and Kip to AP in attacking midfield
Retrain Harrison to IF on the left wing

The squad doesn't seem to have much stamina or speed so I would go with a slow tempo. And there's only 3 strikers; 2 of which are Target Man, so it's probably best to go with a 1 striker formation for better squad depth.

For tactics, I'd go with:

Closing all over (or Own Half if you're short on stamina), control/balanced (depending on opposition), slow, mixed passing, mixed focus

If you're ahead and want to conserve more stamina, switch to defensive, sit back, and change FBs to defensive FBs

If you're really behind, switch to attack, fast, direct passing, both flanks focus, and shoot on sight

This could actually be a great Challenge! Get the most out of nothing with Almere City!

Personally i would try and go with 3-4-3 - the Dutch way ! Louis Van Gall would call it Horny Football maybe 😂

I AM! but i have to think about the name :D! im thinking - 1 season challenge with some few rules.

1. NO transfers in

2. MOST goals should be the aim.

Most goals it is, 442s, 4231 and 433s are banned!

Make sure your players are training the role that they play and it should work, its pretty plug n play tbh

Did you test it with an average side in a league? FCM is not very average . Almere City is REALLY not much . Im trying a tactic with them and they really.....S... 😂😂😂
