Help How can I change the formation in my manager profile?

Hi guys!  Do anyone know how to change the formation in my manager profile?  I found that the formation may affect the formation of the reserve team and B team

You can't change your preferred formation, only way to influence that is to play your preferred formation over a period of time.

Regarding your B team or reserves formation I believe this is influenced by the preferred formation that your Assistant Manager has.  This is why it's important to make sure your coaching team are matched with your preferred formation and tactic that you actually play.
