RB Leipzig have agreed a takeover deal with the JMP Group, the club has confirmed.

"RB Leipzig can confirm that a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the JMP Group and RB Leipzig Football Club Limited," a club statement read. "A period of due diligence for all parties, including the Vibe Football Commission, has now been entered."

The president, agreed the deal last night to sell the club to JMP, who will be represented on the new Leipzig board by . "Our goal is very simple: to make RB Leipzig the biggest club in the Vibe Challenger Division, and to begin with to finish in the top of Vibe Platinum Division."

No News yet as to what the plan is for recruitment or if Arsene Wenger will remain in change.

Brian Griggs transfer news

Chelsea had sacked their manager Ralph Hasenhüttl after the new chairman took charge on his first day. Erik Tan Hag are the favourites to be the next manager of the Blues.

Erik Tan Hag are announced the new Chelsea manager while I was reporting this.

The face of Azpilicueta after knowing the chairman had sold him for £60M. Other departures are Mitchy Batshuayi, Willian and Danny Drinkwater.

Chelsea had also completed two new signing to bolster their team.

Idrissa Gana Gueye joined Chelsea from PSG for £50M. He’s set to play the holding midfield alongside Kante with the new manager might consider 4231.

Moussa Dembele are the new striker for the club. Tammy Abraham doesn’t looks that happy with this. He might be sold to others either? Dembele also joined the club for £50M

This is the second news of the day.

Chelsea had a pretty busy transfer window here. They just sold Jorginho, Rudiger, Zouma, Alonso, Christensen, Barkley, Abraham and Zappacosta for £225M in total.

They also brought in Fabian Ruiz for £70M the headline today.

Other transfer ins are Reinier Jesus, Lisandro Martinez, Thomas Meunier, Nicolas Tagliafico, Rafael Leao and Panagiotis Retsos.
