Player Of The Month

Who else than Mohamed Salah? 9 goals in January for the Egyptian to claim his 2nd POTM award, he's also the favorite to win Golden Boot this season. The other 2 players in the Top 3 for January were both from Tottenham.

Young Player Of The Month

It's Tottenham's summer signing Florentino Luis that won the YPOTM award for January after finishing 3rd in the POTM award. The other 2 players in the Top 3 were Diogo Dalot who's on loan in Dortmund from Man Utd, and Barcelona's Moussa Wague.

Manager Of The Month

No defeats for Liverpool in January won their manager Jurgen Klopp the MOTM award, while sacked Utd manager Pochettino won 2nd place. Valencia's manager Albert Celades was a surprise name in the Top 3 though, but he somehow deserves the recognition having his team above Chelsea and Arsenal and was pretty safe from relegation.

Young Player Of The Month

This was before @JustM1kePlays took over, but all 3 players in the Top 3 for the award were from an owned club, including Tottenham's Gedson Fernandes who's on loan in Krasnodar and was having a good time in Krasnodar, scoring 4 goals and 3 assists so far. The other 2 players are Man Utd's loanee Hannibal Mejbri and RB Leipzig's Javi Puado.

A strong start for Tottenham's loanee Bergwijn in Torino, winning 2nd place in the VGD's POTM award. Strange that Esposito who had scored in almost every game in January was snubbed, maybe he's too young to win this?

A very early exit for Barcelona,  knocked out by Semi-Finalist Werger Bremen in the Second Round.

Despite being very strong in the league, Liverpool was also knocked out early in the tournament by Juventus in a 4-1 defeat in the Second Round.

Man Utd @Crashhart

The managers just didn't take the Cup games seriously, with Man Utd also crashed out early in the VCC by 2nd Division side Shakhtar in the Second Round.

Torino @BatiGoal

Torino was the 4th team to get knocked out in the Second Round, to 3rd Division side Krasnodar. 

RB Leipzig @JustM1kePlays

Finally a team that passed Second Round, RB Leipzig was only knocked out in the 4th Round by the mighty Arsenal.

Chelsea @broodje kip

Chelsea didn't have a long run in the tournament as well, but at least exited in a proud way, only knocked out by Man City by penalties in the Third Round.

Dortmund @LTFC

Yet another team that suffered an early exit, Dortmund was knocked out in the Third Round by 3rd Division side Lokomotiv Moscow.

Arsenal @gunnersaur

Arsenal had a good run in the tournament despite struggling in the league, defeating 1 VCD team, 1 VPD and 1 VGD team in the Second, Third and Fourth round, eventually knocked out by Man City in the Quarter Final.

Tottenham @ThomW12

And finally the team that had the best run in the tournament, Tottenham defeated 2 strong VCD opponents Bayern and PSG to make into the Semi-Final. They managed to defeat Werder Bremen in the Semis to grab a Final ticket against Juventus.

Can Tottenham be the first team to win a silverware this season?
