Help Help me with my Contract Offer !

Why cant I offer contract with my player when the collum wage doesnt show anything? Please anyone know help me!

He has no interest in signing a new contract and doesn’t even want to hear an offer from you. It says above his mood bar that he isn’t interested in negotiation.

• He's not playing regularly as promised

I also have this problem while my player wants a new contract! I have no financial issues at all, I am his favorite person.

Has he expressed desire to leave? Other clubs expressed interest etc?

I started my career in VNL and i just promoted to Premier league and i have same problem with my best players and i am very desperate to find a solution to this. I tried to sell and buy back but it did not worked he responded something like i am not willing to go back my old club. i will try to loan him until transfer period ends but no club wants  him as loan. at the same time he loves me but still wants to move to a biger club.
