Help Help With 4-3-3 variations

Ever since the new update came out I have been able to create a tactic using a 4-3-3 as the base without a real lack of consistency despite my teams being up to the division's standards

I have tried messing about with player roles and shape, defense and attack but nothing sticks and I was wondering if anyone had found consitency
