Tactics 4-2-2-2 "AWESOME FOURSOME" tactic

This tactic is absolutely stunning.  I have been using it for 4 seasons, the first season was tough, but the championship came.  I have not been defeated for 3 seasons.  Playing in the Poacher position, Lukaku does very well.  Last season, in total, passed 90 goals.  Fmm 20 is the best tactic I have ever used.  I added some screenshots.  Pay attention to Lukaku.

To be fair, with those players any tactic can get you nice results I think. Why did they sell him that cheap by the way?

Maybe it may be as you said, but after the winter update, i had serious problems with tactics.  No other tactic has been so comfortable and scorer.  Lukaku = Ruben Neves + 9.5 m

So, a new update. I went from Chester to Roda JC (Holland). I promoted the first season with Roda trough playofss, after this i went looking for the right players with minimal budget.

Some tweaks : 
- I changed my BPD > CD's and my SK > GK.
- Ingame i switch around 70th minute WB > FB 
- Sometimes to defend a lead, i swap a IF > CB

Just want to tell everyone that I choose this tactic on my Real Madrid in 4 season first I share. Awesome tactic. the last one winning league almost losing title but Atletico Lost to Bilbao last match so I got title. But champion league lose to Dortmund, 3 times meet this one lose to them. No luck.

They have decent aerial. I guess my IFs are overpower, since they are world class player compare to my wonderkid strikers which still developing and less consistency. But now in the next season, they look like promising.

First sorry for my english ^^ i'm french i play FMM since 2016 et your tactic is incredible !! I retry a game with Paris et for the moment 0 defeat only wins in 26 games Oo a lot of cleansheets and goals thanks El Sheim for sharing !

working this system on Internazionale season 2031/32 in time and it well worked. In my saves, it is a bad circumstances for them as they haven't qualified to UCL in the past 6 years with disappointing 12th place in 2030/31 season. Got a Capocannoniere for my main target man with 23 goals. Whole team included past wonderkids like Tyler Adams, Valentino Lazaro, Alejandro Pozo, and legendary GK Ionut Radu. WIth some additional younger talent we manage to secure the title in the end of April, apart from many defeats we had in the first weeks of the league!

here is one of my favorite and shocking match using this tactic, apart from 4 goals my team had concede, it is entertaining!

Please note I was not using this tactic first 2 seasons, the ManCity loss came when I had another tactic.

 

Alright. Let's see the tactic. 

There you go, anyways as I always say.. Every tactic requires certain type of players for it work properly. So see these key attributes that you should consider for this tactic (attributes mentioned are what's required in addition to the default attributes for the role) 

SK: Agility, Kicking

BPD: Aerial, Pace, Strength

WB: Tackling

DLP: Tackling

AP: Dribbling

IF: Teamwork, Creativity

TM: Passing, Decisions, Teamwork, Pace

P: Aerial, Dribbling

Hallo dude, i have a question, how much minimum points for the ability each player, example like heading atribute , is that 13 points ability  for poacher or TM is good? Or how much minimum points?

I post screens frome my 1st et 2nd season. I just change a BPD in CD and WB in FB. I think the game is more focus on strikers and mildfielders with less centers from full back. For the moment 0 defeat. 😁

Barcelona first season +100 goal difference next I will try in lower league.

i already try with Everton and we win league first season but not with +100 goal difference 😂😂😂

Depends on the league you play, if you are in top league, I recommend 16+ because Aerial is the most key attribute in this tactic.

I train him Complete Forward with focus on technique. That way you can use him as TM or P where necessary.

What is the difference between OME and EME ?

After the Hartlepool test I thought I'd try it with Dundee United, and so far the same issues are there. Going up 3-0 only to draw 3-3 is one of them though that's only happened once so far, but we'll see during the test how many more leads are thrown away. Maybe it's not a tactic for the lower divisions though I've seen it on here working with Kettering.

I think if players are good attributes like pace above the other teams in the league you will be successful, if I play Kettering with defenders with less than 10 pace I concede goals, defenders must have pace midfield must have passing and attackers must have shooting. Also A and B team is important because fitness levels are important. I think I could make success with any team in any league with this tactic! What is most challenging team?

OME is Ordinary Match Engine, EME is enhanced match engine. EME is for high-end smartphones

It works in lower divisions as well, I tried with Weymouth and it was a massive success. Just make sure your GK and Defense have the recommended attributes and keep an eye on the fitness levels. Tired defenders would lead to more goals conceded. Decisions play a major part too.

True about that, the tactic plays a high line and the defense is also part of the attack, so they need high pace to track back against counter attacks. Also having good teamwork helps, I always make sure not to buy any player with less than 12 teamwork.

Back to back promotions to league one so far from bottom league, but now is difficult to get players to join my team because chairman won’t upgrade facilities. Tactic is still going strong, especially attack. I have made no changes to tactic and use a and b team rotations to keep fresh and I have only free transfers and loans so far so I guess this is plug and play
