It's not plug and play, no tactic is but it looks a very good one for most people. It's been well thought out and created to be effective at different levels, which is not easy to do. Hats off to the OP 👏🏻

Recently took advantage of the reduced price of fmm20 on the play store & was looking for a tactic to help a long term career. This is the first one I came across & it's been so good in my first season that I felt the need to post & thank the maker as it's made for a very enjoyable experience for me. 

It certainly does feel like a plug & play tactic for me. I've followed the opening posts advice with regards to players & training & it's been a revelation for my Gateshead team.

Yeah it is plug n play, which is basically I really wanted to share this.

Thanks, I always try to provide all necessary information for the tactic, along with suiting attributes so that people can really get the tactic to work.

This best tactic on winter update i found so far.. but did u find dlp role not really good so far in match mostly only got 6 rating.. and sometimes def make mistake cant hold superiority

This tactic is just above average for me..Most of the matches I struggle to score.Yes,my team creates chances but failse to materrialize them.And most of the time my team is pressed and of course gets goals.And the problem is not in the players-they are fairly good with the required attributes.For example here is a screenshot of the most embaressing recent results.

And with Roma WTF-my players are perfect for the roles and play like amateurs..

same with trying to manage villareal: I get 10 corners and 23 shots but not scoring even a single goal: my team averages at at least a four star, so its not the quality that is the issue.

Sticked to it for one more season. Seemed to work better this season, but that could be the quality of the squad. Some huge wins against strong opposition (Liverpool, Athletico), but also some unexpected losses and crazy draws (Eddie Salcedo scoring at both sides). Its not a bad tactic, but perhaps could be a bit more stable.

oops, the bundesliga table was wrongly sent. That was another save in FMM19

So,it maybe appearce that the problem is that I try to use the tactic with my old games,which I've started before the winter update.Just started a brand new game with my other fw ita team Atalanta..And they are just Natural Born Killers with this tactic.Won everything possible;lost 2 games drown 2 everything else was demolution.Not lost ot Man C in all 3 games played with them.And this is with the original squad-just 3-4 minor permanent transfers,but 6-7 loans of wonderkids and during the winter window some not needed quality players..

After all-a bombastic season with some stunning results.. Thumbs up 👍👍👍

Which team do you manage?I've started second season with same success in all areas...Atalanta have some promising youngsters in reserve team,but till they are ready for senior squad I bought Belotti,Tonali and Moussa Dembele.So far the results are great..

Super,Werder is a nice middle team and with good signings you can fight for glory.. I recomend you for left IF Bruno Henrique-it's a real bargain..
