So hows working then? I got laid off by jet2 on Thursday and managed to get a job at tesco for 12 weeks not much time for FM atm, doing 6 days a week on 9 hour shifts so pretty bollocked! Hope your all well and stay safe!

stay safe yourself mate - good work on pivoting to where the work is in the short-term. hope you'll be able to resume the previous career soon enough! 👍

i do office-monkey work for a big online company, so working from home was pretty straightforward to get going and i'm able to do pretty much all that i could when i was in the office. not being able to pop over and see a colleague is a bit of a pain but we've got the online chat so all alright really... no immediate impact to business (indeed there may well even be an uptick as companies will need our services to function well), but there may well be knock-on effect of businesses failing in due course...

Nice one mate that isn't to bad then! Yeah they have told us we can go back 1st may. Weather that happens or not is another case, scary just thinking about it. Yeah had to keep the money coming in to provide for my family etc just all got to plod on I guess:)

I work for a big freight company, in the costing/linehaul department. Thankfully we deliver a lot of essential equipment at the time like this so we are staying open for the foreseeable i reckon. 
I am working from home, taking some adjusting due to lack of colleagues and immediate assisantance but as Tree said, we use a online chat and video calls so not all bad. 

Plus side - means an extra half hour in bed in the morning!!
