He looks good but he’s 36 which going to make him decline very quickly. I’m currently going for the 3x keeping my 2 main CBs and GK. I’m also considering either Plea or Thuram

More out of sentiment than quality I think, but there are plenty players like that.

With 1 win in the first 5 I was literally one or two bad results away from getting the sack. I ended up winning everything after that.

Submitted my results last night. Cup performance was terrible but league was ok (just about). A few bad cup results killed my GD though. 
Found it a tough challenge and in hindsight wished I had gone for less Danes/Greeks and a few more existing squad players.

Not a great score this week but hopefully we’ve already done enough in the first couple of weeks to get through.

It’s clear to me that champions need to get a bad performance out of the way at some point during a tournament or it will come in the final. Think this week’s was mine whereas I expect @BatiGoal to completely fold like a deckchair in the final whoever his opponents.

Analysts are saying that the Qualifying results suggest the North East shot there load too early in the competition and maybe they will be even struggling to get through this week.

How could we finish so close to north east and holland? I thought they got like 2 of the best points every week?
