Help Promotion Playoff Problem(spanish second division b)

Hello guys! I just bought the in-game editor for the first time and was thinking of doing a small experiment.

I Loaded the spanish divisions and increased transfer and wage budget of FC Andorra to see what happens. They qualified for Promotional playoff in 3rd year. They won the first round but in the second round something strange happend.

 

As you can see andorra lost to ponferrada 1-3 at home, and in the second leg...

they won away 3-0 which makes it 4-3 on aggregate, but somehow ponferrada qualified for the final round.

This can be seen in another fixture Lleida vs Tarragona where Lleida won it 6-3 on aggregate but Tarragona went to final round. (what is the  meaning of 'h' here?)

After this I made a new save to check again ,this time it happened with another team.

 

Ferrol defeated H. Alicante 1-0.

H. Alicante defeated Ferrol 4-1 to make it 4-2 on aggregate still couldn't go to the next round.

 

So what is happening here, Is there a weird rule I am not aware of? Or is it a bug?
