Help Loaning youth and reserve players

Is their anyway of Increasing the number of loan offers for young players because I’m having trouble finding some. In the first season I was only able to loan out one of 20 players.

Try using the offer to club option. I found that pretty helpful

Or in Manager Options, set your assistant to offer reserve players on loan. Make sure the option under is unticked, so you'll still get to review and approve all deals.

If is a lower club from lowest competition in England, I face the same issue, only few from my reserve are being loaned out. but second season is different. I see it as normal thing because the player's I have ain't worth to be loan, they look as though football isn't their career.

Haha I have found that if you offer them to clubs and put them on the Loan List and put it as recall clause off then I managed a to loan all but 1 player out, but ever time you can negotiate and add the recall clause back in

Hmm, interesting, not tried that but will give it a go...
