Can anyone explain what is the meaning of the different colours on player traits ? If a player trait is highlighted in red, does it mean that the player will not perform that action ? Or does it mean that the player will perform that action but that trait is not compatible with the player role ?

Green - Positive for the role 

Red - Negative for the role

Personally I don't think they mean anything anyway as they're just triggered by stats.
