Season History

The season didn't go too well as it was the 1st one. We won the PL but that's about it. Failed to register any other trophies. Also, too few goals scored.

No worries mate. Been a Liverpool fan myself for the longest time that i can remember and finally got to witness their 1st PL trophy in 30 years.

Thanks Scratch. Bringing in Ousmane Dembele was critical in our success this season. So, hoping for better things from the trio of Dembele, Maddison and Bernardeschi.

I reckon another 4 seasons should do it.

Letdown this season as Maddison could only grab 37 goals and 25 assists. He has not improved even a single digit in his shooting and he already wants a new challenge. WTF??😨

A solid season, nothing to sniff at. Did you make any other changes that affected goalscoring? Ie one of the new lads scoring too much? Seems you got less goals overall in the PL, so maybe that's it?

Anyway, still a good result. The wants a new challenge thing is a pain especially if he won't sign a new contract. Hope it goes away!

I played with the same formation and tactics as i had in the previous 2 seasons. Maybe this was one of those seasons where your players don't feel like playing. 🤒

I am more appalled by Maddison's shooting not increasing at all even though he is a decent hand IRL. Well, i have to make to do with what i have.

Midfield was made strong with addition of Bentancur, Cuisance and Tonali while Kehrer became our backup in defence.

Eliminated by Juve in the 1st knockout rd. of UCL and failed in the Community Shield but picked up all the other domestic trophies.

Wow, good season, but that dressing room is something else! Do you know what triggered it? I've had lots of problems with mentoring going wrong, but it's never blossomed into that and I don't think I've ever seen anything like it...

Thanks Scratch. I am still trying to figure out what triggered it. I mean i sold Fabinho which found resentment amongst players but then i brought in Cuisance, Bentancur and Tonali and they all seemed happy. Maybe i have too many world class players in every position. Can't really wrap my head around it. I am also seeing it for the first time. 😕
