Long story short, I signed Sadio as a coach some point during my 9 year career at RBL. Just a coach, not a player. Then a couple of years into my project at Arsenal I got a message that he had been released. Signed him up right away, offered him a position on the staffing team and he accepted. Still a player though! He can even make it all the way through a game without limping off and has scored a few important goals as well as being an excellent mentor. Anyone come across this before, or even better, knows how to replicate it?
