Chat "Other teams" Generation

Hi everyone. Been on this forum a while under a different name but couldn't remember the details. 

When it comes to "other teams" (below non league) are they randomly generated? Would like to do a Basford United save. They appear in the fa cup but I can't find them in the actual other teams section (to edit them slightly to give them chance of being promoted to the playable leagues) 

 

Just wondered if the list of other teams is random or not. So I can keep starting seasons until they show up.

well the answer is there are empty teams with players which you could only sign if a other team signs not the non cpu player which is well you
