Help New to the series--why do all my loans get withdrawn?

Hey all, I keep offering loans, which get accepted, then I press confirm loan and my next email says that we have withdrawn our offer. I have plenty of money available in my budget, and I don't have any of my assistants managing rosters or anything. Can someone explain why this keeps happening? Thanks

What league are you in? Maybe there are restrictions on how many loans per season, per team /level etc ? Doesn’t say anything more in message about why cancelled?

I've had that as a bug for a certain player (buying rather than loaning, but same thing), but I seemed to be able to buy other people fine. Is that everyone for you?

Hmm, probably worth checking that your first and reserves aren't both full.

Reckon it'll be violating restrictions, rather than a bug. It'd be better if the game told you what the problem was! But yeah there are a few, and it varies, like in EPL you can't loan more than one player from a club, and in SPL you can't have more than one player (total!) from the rest of the SPL clubs, etc...
