Season 7

This must be the peak of all three: me, the club and the keeper, just fabulous! 

 

I forgot to make the screenshots for the transfers but not much going on, sold two players and bought 2, both as backup players and maybe France NT backups in the future.

About the competitions, we had a lot:

1. We didn't had any friendlies as we had Club World Championships, in an easy group with TP Mezembe from Africa and International from Brazil, we faced Chivas in the Quarter Finals, Barcelona in the semis and Bayern in the final... we simply vanished all except Barcelona who we defeat in the extra time. Club World Championships: WON IT

 

2. Next, start of the season in France with Trophee des Championes, 2-1 againt arch rivals Lyon so WON IT!

 

3. Euro Super Cup... from January the central defender that I bought in my first season, Diakite, started to have bad games and was unhappy that he wanted a new challenge, I did try everything and despite having another 3 years of contract, he asked for a transfer... I have granted it and moved to Juve for 96M. In the Euro Super Cup we WON IT against... Juve. Diakite, do you need another challenge?

 

4. As usual, Ligue 1 is just a easy game for us so more than half of the season we did played with backups and rotation players, just to make sure I will have a good season in other competitions. So Ligue 1: WON IT

 

5. European Champions Cup... here we had a terrible start with 3 loses out of first 3 games (Arsenal, Porto and Sevilla). We did win the next two and made a draw in the last game against Arsenal se we are OUT... but not out of Europe, we still have:

6. EURO Cup, this is right now the only trophy that we didn't won so I sacrificed everything to win it and... Fiorentina, Zenit, Borussia Dortmund and Chelsea were just some games until the final against AC Milan. 5-0 in the final so we WON IT 

 

7. French Cup, the nemesis of this team was a little bit easier this year and we WON IT 

 

So we have entered 7 competitions and we won 6, I must say, I still can't believe it!

This year, as always in the last few years, we had a lot of awards

In the mean time, we will have a new stadium, I have name it Le Nouveau Chaudron. The actual stadium is nicknamed Le Chaudron wich translates into "the caldron (boiler, kettle)", so from next season we will have "The new caldron".

 

And you would think that this was a banging year? We won the World Cup with France NT, A.S. Saint-Etienne players having a big part of the glory.

And now, the main man: Stefan Bajic

Until now he had and average of 14-15 goals per season and maybe 4 assist in about 55 matches, this year he was over the top... sadly in all other competitions except Ligue 1, in the league he was a puppy.

And this is him at the end of the seventh season, with 8 assists

 

He did had a small injury but luckily he didn't miss any games as we had 10 games between games in that period.

And now, the goals, 22 goals, so a total of 109 goals, 20 to go. From the spot, 6 goals out of 14 attempts, ok-ish...!

He scored in 7 competitions out of 9... he didn't score in the French and Euro Super Cups.

Missed the player statistics on this one, luckily both golas were in the same game

 

And a funny thig, on the Zenit games Stefan managed to be criminal, I wanted to kill him, he missed 4 penalty shots in 2 games... maybe because he had a twin in the Zenit team? He got injury in the first games and got a disallowed goal in the second game :))

The wet dream that I can complete this this season went off...

The season went on like the last few seasons, just few transfers and won almost everything. Oh, a cool thing, we had 0 lost matches in th e90 minutes this season, 0!

With France NT we have qualified for the final of European International League but we lost it against Belgium. They got revenged for the lost World Cup.

 

The board thinks they owe me one but... they already owned me one, so make that two.

In the last 18 months Ițve been trying to get him a new contract without succes, he wasnțt interested, now he is upset that he didnțt get a new contrcat... what??

Season 9

This is the last season... and in only was half of the season. I did stop it as is now Challenge Completed and is a round number at Stefan age, he will turn 26 in just one week and I'll make a present to him and end his suffering 😄

 

Anyway, transfers

As usual we won the first two trophies from the season, the Trophee des Championes and Euro Super Cup. League 1 is still in progress but we have a big advantage already. French Cup should start in January and European Champions Cup we are scheduled in February against real Madrid in the first knockout round.

And now, the main man: Stefan Bajic

 

maybe this year he would break the record for assists as he already has 5 and the record is 8. In the goal he didn't had much to work for, a lot of clean sheets and just few conceded goals. On the other hand, he scored a few, just as much to beat Rogerio Ceni.

And he missed one game from a small injury, he was 85% and I could put him in between the sticks but I didn't want anything bad to happen.

And this is him at the end of the season.

 

And now, the goals, 7 goals, so a total of 130 goals, one more than Rogerio Ceni. From the spot, 4 goals out of 12 attempts, the same accuracy like last year, ok-ish...!

CHALLENGE COMPLETED, 8 and half season... not bad.

Can I break @Kun Aguero record of 305 goals? Maybe, Stefan he only got 26 and goalkeepers can go a lot but this is not the point of this challenge.

I must confess, is so fricking frustrating when you see him to miss a penalty shot or pass to a team mate from a good position on a free-kick instead of smashing it. I did enjoy it but now I want something to kill all the keepers, I don't know what challenge but as usual, I want something hard.

I hope that you like it and see you at the next challenge... and by the way, what challenge should I take next?

Thanks! As I've stated in my first post, there is at least another goalkeeper in the game that cnd be used in the challenge so you can have a go, I would like to see more people on the leaderboard.
