Help League 2, League 1 and Champ

Anyone got any tips for the efl. I tend to find it easy being promoted to league 2. But then I start to struggle for play off places promotions ect. Does anyone have any tips on the sort of players to look for. In the national league u can get by on the freebies u find but it definitely get harder when u enter the efl.

Hi mate, I tend to be able to get higher up in the leagues with just free signings and loans, every January 1st I look to see who’s contracts are expiring for the next season. Also have a look at the freebies a couple of times at the end of the season, sometimes players get released at different times. 
 

Also on the loan list I untick who’s interested in coming and instead put a wage maximum of how much you can afford, sometimes you can get better players due to lower wages, but always offer lowest wage possible to begin with, they’ll tell you how much they want.

Other than that, I’ve found attack minded tactics have worked really well for me on this years, once you get the tactic working you should be set 😁

Thank you fella some good advice there. I’m definitely getting better players on the pre contracts In jan than I was when I was just waiting till the summer transfer window.
