Help Tough finding a job in an LLM save.

So, I started my LLM save with Dartford in the sixth-tier. I got my team promoted three times in three consecutive seasons, while working on a tight budget. It was really tough to get them promoted into the League one. So, I applied for all the available jobs and apparently even after getting them to third-tier, my reputation is "obscure" enough to not land a decent job which is an upgrade over this one. Really got to fix this, I feel.

Yeah, I had that a few years ago. Was expecting to be able to step up to a bigger club at the same level, but no interest, so I ended up taking them all the way to the CL... Quite frustrating...

Having bad manager stats (DPB and loyalty) aren't a good look either though. Obviously the loyalty issue is applying for too many jobs but how's the DPB so bad at that level 😂

First of all, thanks for the replies. Means a lot, this is my first post here.

And, about the DPB, I found out that players scouted from the central Europe region are way cheaper than from the home turf, of the same ability. 

I really don't think I can take this team to the CL, and even if I do, it's going to take time. Will keep you all posted. Thanks again.

@PrinceJain Have you tried changing the job status in the manager options menu ?  Wonder if that would help as you can set it to New Challenge, Only Bigger Clubs, No Comment or No Interest Moving Clubs . Maybe change those and as you play current club get more offers from bigger clubs ? I personally never have changed from no comment or not wanna leave so I don’t know if it will effect loyalty like applying for open jobs normally or if you can set it and not get penalized for wanting to leave ??? Last thing I could think of is you go and resign from club then go on vacation with apply to only higher reputation clubs . Maybe better chance if you are unemployed vs still at a club ??? Just make sure do a backup save if try the leave club if doesn’t help you wanna go back just reload it .
