Help 4-4-2 diamond narrow

Hey guys, i am trying the 442 diamond narrow, with my Chorley save in 2024. Last year we went to premiership and won it in the last game with 4231 and some sensational attacking games. So, for this year i am trying something different, with the 442 diamond. I bought a quite special variety of players in the centre and attacking midfield, and just wanna fit my 4,5 stars wonderkid in there alongside lautaro Martinez. But, things just seem not to work out, i am mot dominating the games, my wins are just professional wins and i am not getting the 100% from my players. I tried many shapes and widths and instructions but nothing seems convincing.  Have anyone have any thoughts? If you guys need some screenshots,  i ll post them.
