Help Exclamation mark behind players in club hierarchy?

I was just wondering if anyone knows what the exclamation mark behind the player picture in club hierarchy means? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are they unhappy at the club or maybe fallen out with another player? Check in the there personal information on there profiles and see if that’s the case.

for eriksen he doesnt like the strict atmosphere or training intensity or some such. Check eriksens personal tab and see what the red text says

I checked as that was my first thought. But a couple of players with it were happy

I seen that for Erikson and a few others myself, but some of the players with it didn't have no issues on the personal tab
