Chat Facepacks, kits etc

Why cant i download players faces or kits for mobile like usual? Cant even seem to download old facepacks either. Can anyone help me with this as i dont really like playing the game without. I downloaded last years logos and works fine. But cant find faces and kits to download at all. Many thanks
