Career Rich Takes Care of Kane and Son (COMPLETE)

You knew it wouldn’t be long until I tried this challenge of getting 100 goals and 50 assists between Son and Kane within two season’s, it’s one that really intrigues me, I’ve done challenges with 4 people to get the best out of and 3, so it’s time for two now, I’ll be tactically nearly complete for the year if I get this done.

Anyway I’ve mostly done my transfer business, not huge amounts of it to be fair, I’ve got the two players I need to concentrate on, just need players that know my attention is only going towards Kane and Son🤓

Season 1

Hello and welcome to the first season of my attempt at the Kane and Son duo challenge. A very enjoyable challenge may I add, I managed to get it in within a few hours.

So I actually liked the Tottenham squad mostly and they would fit in to my way of playing, Can came in January and really strengthened things. Luyiandama is an absolute monster btw, he was awesome all season.

Results

 

Well what a season, we were actually running away with the title, Kane got injured, the team suffered and Liverpool were ahead of us until final game where they lost away at Fulham and we beat Villa away thanks to a Harry Kane goal, if this was played out in real life it would have been mental 😁

So a season that I did not expect to be honest, the interesting thing about the way I’ve set up is that there is barely any crosses coming in and the play goes completely through Kane and Son, I’ve given a picture of this below, so fun to watch, the amount of goals that were one twos between them both was brilliant.

Wasn’t expecting it at all either, which made it nice. If I could nail corners I would have hit even more!

Season 2

So after a fantastic season first time around, we hope to emulate that and go for even more goals. So I had big success in the Kevin De Bruyne challenge previously and I implemented that tactic but brought one striker back to DLP, which has worked a treat, Kane was not a DLF though he was used as Target Man throughout. Also for this second season I put them both on light training which has worked extremely well for me in the past.

Not huge amounts to talk about here, I love the relationships we had built the previous year and didn’t want to disrupt that too much. Demiral did come in to the line up as did the new keeper though who I will not try to spell his name. 
 

Results

 

Really enjoyable season and I can honestly say it’s one I’ve probably had the most fun with since joining the site, the team just clicked and we played such nice football, the amount of one two goals was crazy. I’ll defo be taking this tactic and trying to implement it in to another challenge hopefully.
