Help Transfer cancelled due to failed medical

Is there anything I could have done to force the transfer through, or to delay it until the player is better?

This is a transfer that didn't get finished in the previous window, and they have recently (I assume) picked up an injury. No doubt they'll be more expensive now if I have to re-bid!

Unfortunately you have to wait until the injury has healed, you can usually sign them if they got about 2 weeks of injury left.
