Hello guys hope ypur enjoying the newest version of fmm. I know i certainly am its far more challenging and your able to tweak certainly alot more than previous versions.

I wanted to try my favourite formation this time around and for whatever reason i picked AC Milan. Few points to note. This is not one of those formations you will go unbeaten with at a mid tier team. I struggled first few games but then once i developed relationships (the lines between players) the chemistry felt 10 times better. 

Anyways i hope you enjoy and i will certainly be doing more maybe see how this tactic performs at a much better team with actual money to spend.

My 2nd season ive changed the left striker position into a deep lying forward.

as i understand it, you need to play the same players, same position a whole bunch and they'll slowly learn it.

 

or have one tutor the other if possible

That is on my to do list at some point.

I love this formation so I decided to give it a try, somehow I managed to choose WOLFSBURG as the place to start! 
 

What I will say about this tactic is that, you hardly conceded, as you can see in the league I had the best defensive record. Going forward not the best but I’m putting that down to not having the right players for the job. 
 

I have some screen shots for you all to see. 
Never lost a game by more than 1 Goal, within the next 2 seasons I will have the league wrapped up and in the champions league

I found many times where strikers and midfields go wide in narrow formation

Although there isnt any wide attacking players i find having overlap on is more of an aggressive approach pushing my strikers ect into the final 3rd. I tried without it and i didnt seem to be as aggressive.

Could try BBM to give more aggressive approach. Or DLP as a more defensive approach may/may not work. Not tested

I started my career playing a custom 433 with torquay down in vanarama 3 straight promotions then took 3 seasons to get out of championship, finally got to the prem now struggling for consistency with my tactic so I decided to find a solid tactic where I don't concede many. Picked Up this tactic, and I can Confirm it's put a wall up in front of my goal. Do u have any recommendations for this tactic to get push to get a goal without conceding that annoying last minute winner.

I used this tactic with Dover Athletic and got the to the premier league. won sky bet league 2 & 1 and Championship in 3 years. Lot's of loan players haha
