Help Basque Wonderkids?

Looking at starting a 1Kc with Athletic Bilbao and as we all know they can only sign Basque players.

Does anyone know if there are any Basque wonderkid strikers or the highest PA value on an eligible striker?

These two are the best Basque prospects I could find, of course both of them would need to be retrained as strikers. Ander is quality, I'm pretty sure last year he was a wonderkid, but he doesn't seem to be this year, still though looks very very good for 18 yrs old

He’s in the wonderkid list still this year both player looks quality though

Ah there you go, I meant more the wonderkid tag on his player card but if he's on the list then that doesn't matter

I don't know how much time I have to say this, but here is Nico Serrano. He's free (not in real life, as he is actually playing for Bilbao's C team), has ridiculously high PA (maximum 181 in my savefile), can be retrained to many positions, and his growth rate is amazing when you give him a chance! He's already a bargain last year, but this year? An outright must-sign!
