Help Stifling club culture

• How do i fix this?. I have a stifling club culture. Pls help. Some players are mad lol

There’s 2 ways I’ve found working but neither guarantee results:

1. Let the player plays 2 bad games. On the first one you have to criticise him and on the second, give formal warning. Sometimes if not working fine him on the third bad game.
2. Mentor him (if he’s a young player) with a professional mentor.

Both of this works fine for me but not all the time. They need a little bit of luck. Actually it doesn’t even matter as long as they’re not having “relaxed” personality.

Side note: No other players would get mad about this
