Yeah, I’m making my return to FMMVibe.

After 7 years of horror I’ve decided to take things into my own hands and lead Manchester United to glory.

I will be doing everything completely from scratch, this is my first career on FMM21 and I would like to take you guys on my journey!

Half Season Update

After one 2-1 80th minute loss to Real Madrid and 3-0 loss to inter in a disgraceful loss it was all down to the last game. Board recommended I use Pellegri as he’s in amazing form and he ended with match rating 5 and we drew knocking straight into Europa. Last game for him this season I reckon

So far so good in the premier league, 9 points clear and one loss due to injuries things look great so far!

Season 1 Recap:

Transfers In/Out:

Decided to get rid of some dead weight but mostly keeping majority of the squad sending some youngsters on loan. I didn’t want to create to many big changes in S1, but I brought in Ndidi a fan of mine to slot into that DM role which he excelled in , only player to play all 52 games for me maintaining a 6.8 rating average which is exceptional for 52 games.

Tactics:

Greenwood later on found some favour for me but this was the most played formation this season.

 

Martial getting 19 goals this season as our top goal scorer as Bruno and Cavani come shortly behind at 16/15. Bruno our top assistman this season at 11 along side Pogba and Brandon Williams who I’m looking to break into the first team.

Conclusion is that there was no main goal scorer every single player in the team was scoring goals and assisting and works exactly how I want it but I would prefer more goals scored.

Premier League:

It all came down to the last game Man City ahead by 1 point and all we needed was a win as a draw would cause us to lose on goal difference, and..

And Martial makes the scene in Villa Park, an 80 minute penalty in a tense game sends Manchester United as the Premier League Winners, what a performance from the lads. (Bruno would’ve taken it aha if I didn’t sub him for VD Beek) First title of the season. Didn’t manage to get a screenshot b eh it’s a trophy

 

Europa League:

Yes our second title of the season, an incredible run from start to finish and ending in amazing fashion against FC Porto in the final, another trophy for the history books.

So after season 1 I need some ways to improve my team to contest for the Champions League, I’m open to any suggestions! Thanks for reading.

This career looks great. I'm also doing a career with United, however I made it into the Champions Cup round of 16  (sorry). Personally i think you need to strengthen up at the back (I mean you've had 58 goals scored against you in the entire season). For me, I'd buy a player like Upamecano because he was ridiculous for me in my Leipzig save. However, he is one of those wonder kids who are so mainstream so you might not want him (to diversify). So for me, Tanguy Nianzou would be my pick. He is an absolute beast and would develop into a Van-Dijk style defender - exactly what united need

Honestly that wouldn’t be necessary. Man United got a fair amount of good youngsters at the back. I’ve got a few of their CDs that develop very well. It’s better to play homegrown talent after all isn’t it?

Actually, yeah that would be a better idea. I completely forgot about the amazing depth United have and the talent. I never really do big careers so I’m not really used to actually having good reserve players.
