The idea is simple. Everybody knows the free transfers and loanees are pretty much overpowered so here’s something close to absolute impossible.

Load 4 nation of your choice. The nation must have relegation which means Canada, USA and Australia are prohibited. Load every league from the nation you have chosen.

Your manager must start unemployed, no reputation and no coaching badge.

Apply for any job offer you would like to.

Once you have got a job, you must sell everyone that does not come from your club’s academy. If you don’t have enough players, used greyed out players.

You may not make any transfers in throughout your career except annual youth intake and greyed out players.

Win every possible trophy from all loaded leagues.

Leaderboard will be sorted from how many seasons took to complete the challenge.

3 leaderboard will be there according to difficulty.

Rules:

  • No Cheating, e.g., In game Editor, Hex Editor, changes.txt, etc.
  • No Reloading
  • Own Tactics Only
  • Photo evidence will be required, a career thread will be recommended.

Easy Leaderboard (8-10 Leagues Loaded)

1)

2)

Medium Leaderboard (11-13 Leagues Loaded)

1)

2)

Hard Leaderboard (14+ Leagues Loaded)

1)

2)

As much as it sounds scary to try, it would definitely be a challenge to all those who believe this is an easy game, I think I might give it a bash

question: can you promote from the reserves in your first season or do they have to be sold?

If he’s from the academy, yes. Lets say someone like Foden, Doyle or Delap

Just want to point out Wales does have relegation, to a North and South division playable since FMM20 I think.

Thanks for pointing that out and I’ll try to look at it since I’ve managed at Wales once and there’s relegation.

Do I have to load every league in the nations I choose, for example, England, do I have to load the Vanarama N/S?

Yes I said it there

That’s a good challenge!

Som clarifying questions for you as I’d love to start this (though would take me years to finish)

  • Can we offer contracts to greyed-out players in our 1st / reserve team?
  • Can we sign ex-academy players back to the club (including via loans, free, or transfer) - I assume “no” but is good to clarify now.

  • We don’t need to win international nation’s trophies (e.g. World Cup) - right?
  • We don’t need to win the international club’s trophies (e.g. UEFA Champ. League / World Club Cup) - right?
  • Do we need to win the non-league cups in that nation (e.g. FA Cup / League Cup)?

Cheers, D.

  1. Yes I did say about greyed out players you can always offer them contract
  2. No ex-players aren’t allowed
  3. World Cup, Euro, Copa America are not necessary
  4. All Continental Competitions for clubs are required
  5. Not sure what you’re asking for the last one but I suppose it’s something like the papa John’s trophy and the answer is yes you need to win them all.

Basically every competition you’re able to win in a club so it’s advisable to get clubs from the lowest division of every nation

Yes that answers those questions perfectly.

The club international / continental trophies (question 4) is the really hard one to achieve - makes managing in smaller nations with 2-3 leagues each more challenging if you also have to conquer the Euro Champions League & World Club Cup with each of them.

Truly a (near) impossible challenge!

Not necessarily as you can take other jobs, is not like you have to stay with the same team so you might get a big club, and there youth academy is brilliant giving you amazing players

I am allowed to bring back ex players that have their first club in the player history your club?

No, sorry George. I forgot to add about the 0 transfer in fee in the manager profile

This is very very difficult.

I chose a Chinese lower league team, got rid / demoted all the existing players, and just continually offered contracts to greyed our youth players (& then terminating the 99% with low potential / bad personalities / bad attitudes). Time consuming.

Played half a season of friendlies (!) from July onwards as there are no competitive games until the season starts in Feb/March. Hoped my rubbish new youth players would grow & develop. They are getting better, but still are terrible. They “might” survive in the first season of competing fixtures in the lowest Chinese playable league. Might.

Haven’t played a competitive match yet, but real life has got in the way. I’ll try to pick it up again in the future.

So I can confirm this style / approach is POSSIBLE, but extremely time consuming.
