Hello guys , i need help with my tactics  . i am managing Roma using 3-4-2-1 my team score lot of goals, i hardly draw 0-0 in any game but the problem is defending . oponents score from corner and free kicks back line is very leaky . so if u guys can look at at my tactics and tell me where should i improve will be very helpful.

i also need tips on defending corner kicks .  thank you

I would try a Libero or Sweeper instead of the CD, change defensive line to balanced, Width to narrow, other than that, it's looks pretty solid. 

I only ever play on Overload, as I find it the most fun

you can try higher defensive line with offside trap + sweeper keeper .

Put one Libero at the middle and change both BPD to a normal CD. Probably change the RP to a BBM or another CM
