Tactics Asymmetric winning tactic (based on 4-3-3)

Hi Guys,

I would like to share with you my tactic.

It started with wanting to have all my great attacking players on the pitch at the same time, while keeping a good balance in the team.

I decided to play with 1 forward, 2 wingers and an AMC. To balance this, the 2 midfielders behind the AMC need to play a bit more defensive.

Also, I tried playing with the left-back more attacking then the right back. This works pretty well.

I easily became champions in the first season with PSV, and got quite far in the Europa League as well.

Good luck with using this tactic, and please let me know if it works for your teams as well.

 

Player roles:

• Forward: poacher
• Left wing: Inside forward
• Right wing: inverted winger
• AMC: Advanced Playmaker
• CM: Central Midfielder
• Defensive midfielder: Playmaker in front of defence
• Left back: Attacking wingback
• Central defenders: Central defender
• Right back: Wingback (normal wingback)
• Goalkeeper: normal GK

Will do.. I decided to share the tactic just after ending season 1. So I didn't have the games anymore. 

After season 2 I will share it.

What do you mean exactly? 

This is a custom tactic that I made.

I finished my second season and made some screenshots from the results. 

In the Dutch Eredivisie we easily won the trophy again, even when playing with some youth players to spare the top players for the CL. 

We also won the Dutch Supercup and the Dutch Cup. 

In the CL, we were able to go through in a group with Juventus and Bayern Munich which was very hard haha. But we did it. After that, we played Sporting Lisboa and won. Then we won at home when playing against Dortmund. The away game we almost scored a second away goal, but Gakpo missed the penalty. In the end Dortmund also won the CL so I feel okay that we didn't go to the semi finals.

There's no need to download them.

The instructions are all in the first post of each tactic thread.

Not unless they upload their tac file on the download page. Not many people do. You will have to manually make the tactic using his screen shots. 

 

Looks like some solid results with PSV that mate. Champions league is very hard for the Dutch teams for the first couple of seasons...
