Haven't played FM in a few years and am considering a download on mobile.

Is the lowest playable English League NLN/NLS?

Is there an in game edition or the option to play with a custom database?

Yes, National League North/South is the lowest. Yes there's an editor. Not exactly sure for custom database etc, not sure what you'd want and it's not an area i dabble in, but "i think so"?

Well worth a go I'd say - it's pretty cheap really and it hits the spot...
