Firstly i must ask if your doing challenges please do not use this. Otherwise for fun i guarentee you will like this formation. I find pace is must upfront. 

I was going for a challenge with bruno but sadly his form went down for me which is a shame. But none the less it is a very effective formation.

I alternate the AP to T. Mostly i use T but needed assists so went to AP.

If i had more players at my disposal 100% would of won all 38 games. But picked up few injuries and also stamina of players wasnt to great.

Me personally i dont think it really matters for attributes as your playing through the center anyways. But having said that pace and tackling couldnt hurt i guess

Im currently doing challenges but when i get chance i will have a look into it. You want me to manage atalanta? And also can i sign players to fit my play style?

Yeah, i mean just like recreate tactic 3412 atalanta gasperini style. Btw, I like your previous tactic 442 diamond, because my inter team dont have inside forward . Thx

Great tactic. I’ve made some little changes. So far working well for me too.
