Ok, I need a quick clarification from @Rich about the bonus.

When does it run out? Do I have to move clubs whilst games are still able to be played? Or just before the start of the new season?

Ok, so I didn't jump at the first job I could as they were in a relegation battle and I played a couple of months of no miles to see if something better came around and it did.

I'll have a look at the squad later and figure out who I'm going to have as my chosen mile getters for the last 4 regular games (plus European playoff places hopefully) of the season.

Looks like you'll have a similar situation to me where Atilgan will lag behind in the top flight. My 3rd miler is just a sub now rotating in a front 2 because he's just much worse than the others.

I personally don't like the bonus as I only draw 1 or 2 games a season. And I find myself trying to concede when I'm up like 6-5 or 5-4 which I also don't like 😂

You can turn back time and use the 20 miles for your last one. So you still have that extra 20m in the mileage bank. Or am I not thinking right here?

You might be thinking, I've never heard of that club, where is it? I was doing the same because it was the only job listed as insecure in the job center. Turns out, if you wriggle around the borders of Switzerland, it's 408 miles from Grenoble. I have zoomed in a bit in places to prove that we are not trespassing into forbidden territory!

I had 398 miles at the time it was insecure, declared interest, and went balls to the wall until I got those last 10. Took me 4 games, which was a little nervy, but we did it (actually ended up with 409, including the bonus). Big shout out to Amiens FC for conceding 5 in the last game before the international break! I prepared myself a little 'care package' due to arrive in January, and applied for the position. This team is dead last in the 2nd Bundesliga, so I'm hoping my crowd of released youth prospects from Grenoble can save us. 

By the way, is there going to be a 'Big Sam' award for the most clubs saved from relegation?

Just submitted my season. I'd advise anyone after miles to stay away from Ligue 2 😂 None of my players managed more than 38 games as there's only 1 Domestic Cup. Also, losing my best performing player on a bosman 😢

That first season is rough, but after a single summer the miles will fly by

Second division will be always the same, no matter the country. But you should see the good part, you get more miles from the boys as they can play most of the games 90 minutes on the field. And you face poor quality defenders...

Yeah there was that. Other than games missed due to injury I think all 3 played every game
