Help Player Development

I'm currently managing Newcastle and I have a around 10-15 players in my reserves who are tipped to be star plays/world class/ global superstars.

My question is what is best for their development....

1. Loan them out (which if lucky ill manage to send half off on loan|)

2. Leave them to develop in reserves (facilities are maxed out)

3. Promote them to senior squad and arrange one friendly per week as iv noticed pre season friendly games have an affect on stats.

I always try and loan the youngsters out as they always have a massive stat increase from the loan for me. The friendly one is an interesting one, I’ve never tried that, but if it gives them youngsters a chance to play, go for it 😁

Also I love how you’re managing Newcastle, we can be friends.

Auuuu, little Richie got himself a new friend 😂

Try to loan them, it's the best way in my experience. Just be careful who want's then and check from time to time if they get game time. If they don't get game time I always recall and maybe send them out on affiliate clubs or leave it in the reserve team.

Loan and Leave them in the reserves until they are Star plays.

Another friend for little Richard.

I always send them on loan. I don’t like to put them in reserves for whatever reason. Friendly is very interesting I’ve never try that before.
