Career Bruno is Mad for it in Manchester

Time for me to take on the challenge of 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Day one in the job and I had a dilemma.  I'm  happy with my current tactic  meaning Bruno would  have to play as a creative midfielder, DLF or an INF. 

No brainer I hear you say, but bear in mind I play with 1 man in midfield. Whilst I'm sure he could do the job well, how often could he do it was more to the point. This playing position  gets flogged and is subbed at 55 minutes  each game and rested numerous times through the season because  of reds. Not ideal for this challenge .

Bruno my son. You are now an INF

 

Transfers

Utd's squad is overloaded with players I don't need and under prescribed  in those I do.

I brought in Baily from Leverkusen and Wiliams from Bilbao for some much needed wing quality. David Brooks  arrived from Bournemouth  because,  well because I want to do something  with him later so wanted to see how he does. I also got Odriozola from Real to compete at RB.

 

Money spent i needed cover for Cavani. Mario Manzucic was attained  on a free......

 

............Mario Manzucic got injured for 6 weeks on day 2 at the club.

 

More players sold and finances adjusted meant I could just about afford Yussuf Poulsen from RBL.

 

 

Enough waffle. Picture time. Still undecided  about Bruno's role I reviewed  after pre season. 

 

 

Goals as INF but what about the midfield  role

 

 

Bu66ger. Those figures would make Bruno very dangerous  when the season starts.

 

I decided on a job share. INF 75% of the time, the rest as CM.

 

Everything  going well until 'one of those games'

 

 

Out played. Two soul destroying  injury time goals but more importantly........

 

 

Just when the games come thick and fast.

Took my frustration out on the Pool in the next game.

 

 

 

Turned the save off now but I will continue this tomorrow  as I only plan on playing each badge once.

 

It's a shame as I may have troubled the leader board  at mid point perhaps

Finally found the time and inclination  to finish this after Bruno's injury.

 

 

 

 

 

38 x2 for assisting = 76 + 38 for goals = 114
