Yeah only one season really where Delap got over 20 really made a huge impact but I’m not bothered about losing the England job, if it was Wales then yes I would be 😉

It’s just me that gives the sarcasm to be fair. Yeah what a choice they’ve been, consistently get great players coming through, they had some awesome young players coming through even at the start.

Season 11

So it’s been a while since I updated, haven’t had the urge to play FMM at all recently again, but managed to finish a season the last couple of days. Now that we’ve got over 1,200. It’s about how many we can get before the end of this.

Transfers

Stupidly forgot to screenshot these before I went on to the following season, but there wasn’t much done as the team is great. We have got a couple of 30+ players which may have to be rectified soon. Reece James is 31 but still awesome.

Results

 

So our best season all round this year, we win everything and in style, our best scoring season. Maybe not having international football is a blessing as it got me concentrating on just club football. I always had two different tactics as well for international and club games. As it didn’t work as well internationally. And I think it’s the first time I haven’t lost a league game.

So a nice GPG average there, happy with that. Not happy with the Domestic Player Bias though!

So what a season for Delap again, the boy is awesome considering his attributes aren’t that special. Stewart is a moaning fcuker and has annoyed me throughout and it affects his performances, very frustrating. I do wonder how much I could get with another two players. Maybe a peak years at some point.

Score

So as you can see, having no international football has actually seen a huge drop for us, shame we lost that. But we keep going. It may only be another 2 seasons from me on this as I do have plans for what I want to try next.

The Final Season

With a heavy heart I have decided this season was the final season of this career, I have found it difficult to get through this career and found some seasons very boring for whatever reasons. We hit the 1,200 last year so this season would only be the 12, I think I did 16 last year to get my 2,000 goals but I just haven’t got that level of commitment for this one. I do think the players chosen weren’t as fun to use and I won’t be going for anyone that isn’t top class if I’m in one of the better countries from now.

31 year old Donnarumma goes for over a 100m and we bring in England’s no 1 on the game Brett Camps. Again I sold players who were not good for the dynamics. 
 

Club Results

So a dominant season again, we are miles ahead of every team on the game. Funnily enough I haven’t stuck to one tactic this year at all, I’ve changed things constantly, which may have made me not enjoy as much. Last year my DT tactic was a monster but I do think I did have better players. But anyway a great way to end the career with winning everything.

Trophy Count

 

So every possible trophy in here I think, we won the champions league 10 times in a row along with the league which is great. My record with England wasn’t bad considering I got sacked. I think I may go down as a legend.

Team and Player Records

 

Some nice records there. Delap been a great lad throughout. I want to special mention Matheus Henrique who i signed first season and was the best midfielder on the game for a good 10 years. I would highly recommend him, I also am the reason @Rob had him at Benfica.

 

Not much to mention here, the 143 games unbeaten is actually going on right now. Which I didn’t notice until a few games ago.

So Stewart outdoes Delap for the first time in the final season. I’m really pleased with that score in only 12 seasons. It’s been nice to see how much Stewart developed as he was awful when I first signed him. Delap has been much the better player though scoring over 300 more than Stewart with worse stats. So it shows the personality means a lot more.

So you’re probably thinking yhis is the end of this save? It might not be, this could now be turned in to a different challenge, I will be back 😉

Catching up - sad to see you got the ITN sack, but guess it makes sense given the game is so hard on the AI ITN managers. Still if holds true to what the AI does, they'll appoint you again in about 2 seasons. 😄

Mate... I won't mention GPG, because... China, but my Domestic Player Bias has been stuck at 1 for years. 7 is really good in my eyes!

I’d love to see what your GPG is mate in China, would be great to see, I love seeing a high GPG.

It’s the only game I’ve signed Matheus Henrique and he turned in to the best DM on the game in mine but in @Rob save he looks like an awesome AP. So I think he can turn out differently on each game. I will defo have another look at him though.

Yeah it had just got to the point where I really struggled to get motivated to do more and if I even did a few more seasons I don’t think 2k was realistic on this one like my last years DT so there was no point.

I have gone back to my TT now, so expect an update on that soon 😝
