Help Question about turning on Achievements

I cannot figure out a way to turn on achievements, I've unlocked the achievement go abolish work permits for the first time in FMM21, I want to use it on my original low league save but I cannot find a way to activate it, it's just a Google play list of achievements.

You can go to settings/unlockables and then turn it on.
