There is but is hard to setup and you need to know exactly how the opposition plays. @broodje kipdid play more with the idea and he got some great results.

But for quick play, no difference. I don't bother with it

I mostly use zonal but man marking had been quite helping in my current VPL challenge

The only time I have really noted a difference is using it for a DM vs an opposing AP. It can be useful for wingbacks as well.
