No of course not. Germany, Iceland, Norway, Romania and Japan are the few notable nation that aren’t playable

No I tried a lot of combinations and no luck

Another one to the list then. If I hadn't retired I would have try and make that one. It's not like I have stopped making stuff for FMM, but it would invoke some bad memories if I tried uploading them here...
