Help Loaned Players Buyout

I am pretty certain that I  didn't make a buyout agreement for none of my player out of loan. But I realize some of the player made an future transfer agreement out of nowhere. How did this happen and is there a way to fix this? (I recall some of them back but didn't work out.)

No it’s a normal bug but don’t worry, the move often just a visual bug and never happens
