Help Traits

I have couple questions about  player's traits.

1.Does having international experience really help players?

2.How do i erase the 'wants a new challenge' from my players because it often happens on my star players.

3.Does manager stats like youth policy, loyalty and domestic player bias affect anything like ranking in hall of fame?

  1. Not that I have ever noticed unless they get attribute boosts from playing those games but like I said I haven’t noticed that happen with players that are in an international team I wasn’t managing. There might be some morale benefit though from being picked for there ITN team.
  2. Tricky one as they are obviously bored at the club. Sometimes a new contract will make them a bit more interested to stay and they will often sign one when there current deal is getting near to ending. Someone else might have a handy trick that helps here.
  3. They seem to just be a guide to your particular style of management so if you use lots of young players you get a boost in that attribute, lot’s of players from your home nation and your domestic bias is high, stay a a club a few seasons and it boosts loyalty etc etc.

  1. I got Cantwell who never played any international games and it seems like he’s been doing well. I don’t see anything affect him right now.
  2. You can try to talk to him it might work. If not, you can give a new contract. Sometimes if you wait a little while and play him regularly, he might change his mind. If else, there’s no other way.
  3. Honestly, it’s one of the inconsistent system in FMM. I have no idea what’s the logic behind the rankings

Have you ever tried to coerce the player because I've tried it many times and ended up making it worse 😂😂 and thanks for the detailed explanation
