Thanks. No plans, just wanted it finished. Definitely going to use through balls in my next career. I regret not doing it sooner!

Season 27

Three seasons to go. 1kc goals in the bag, with 31 more assists needed to get a dual 1kc assists.

I kept the same tactic as last season, with through-balls activated. Pipi also continued to play first halves, with the occasional full game leading in to an international break.

Without waffling on, he grabbed 28 assists this season to take our total to 997. He has two seasons to get the three assists required.

On another note, I've heard the Player's Association is filing legal charges against you for Cruelty to Players, because you are forcing him to play on even though he's obviously broken down entirely. 

Leaving all that aside though, you've done a smashing job here and you are inches away from being the first person to achieve an absolutely unbelieve milestone...

Season 28
3 assists needed to get a dual 1kc assists and 1kc goals. Pipi got off to a rocket and did it early on in four games, which a few people guessed!

He ended the season with 18 goals and 34 assists, which was his best season of the last five.

So we have one year of contract left, which will take him to 29 seasons. Spoiler alert: he doesn’t sign another extension so next season is definitely his finale.

I’ll do a final post for that one, with the final score, and then leave it at that.
