Help Best staff

Hello guys.. wanna ask who is the best staff in fm mobile?? From atk,def,gk,fitness,youth,scout,rehab,prev

Simply employ the coaches with the best badge you can get because that and what they teach is the only difference between the coaches. So for example a gold attacking coach called Bobby is exactly the same as a gold attacking coach called Luke.

If you are a small club and can only get silver or bronze staff then make sure they have natural aptitude if you can because that means they are more likely to pass there coaching badge and get better.

As for which coaches you employ that should be based on how you play as a team. If you want to develop youth players then make sure you have youth coaches for example or if you want to play very attacking then a couple of attacking coaches is good.

I always make myself a motivational coach and then have two fitness coaches and two attack coaches if I’m at a club with facilities to support a team of 4. I find young players can develop without the need of a specialist coach and the same with defenders as well so because I play an attacking style I focus more on that and fitness.

They are coach & Every coach has a preferred tactics that why i think have tactics section in their profile. So choose your coach who has play style same as yours so that when you put 'em to manage ur reserve squad your reserve squad train with same tactics.

@Ashez if you play ur b-team in ur reserve setup will they develop relationship since they are playing together ??

That's the formation they'll use if they're given responsibility of managing the reserve team.

And who is your assistant ? Att or fitt ?
