Career Taizhou Yuanda F.C - My Philosophy

CHOOSING THIS SQUAD

I chose Taizhou Yuanda F.C because they are the smallest Chinese Club to manage in FMM21. Surprisingly, this Club was only formed in 2017 & has already been dissolved in March 2021. Although it has lived a short life, I wanted to bring some happiness to the fans of Taizhou Yuanda F.C.

STADIUM & FACILITIES

As always, I asked the Clubs board to improve the Stadium & Facilities. The facilities have been upgraded now but are still basic. The stadium is actually beautiful & holds 8,000 supporters with 7,000 fans attending on average.

STAFF, FINANCE & TRAINING

Training was delegated out to my Assistant Manager Rui Faria, Jose Mourinho's former assistant. The staff has improved & now has members in all position's. The Club actually has very good finances with a starting budget of £24m

SQUAD

The squad underwent huge changes this season because after reviewing the squad, a lot of them were not good enough for this standard. I filtered out players using the world famous Ajax TIPS(Technique, Insight, Personality & Speed) Model. Most players left the club on a Free with a number of players signing for the club, some for millions.

TACTICS

I used my Attacking Tiki Taka tactic with Taizhou Yuanda F.C. The squad embraced this tactic immediately, only losing 1x match all season. We also had by far the best defence & attack in the league.

THE RESULT

1st season with Taizhou Yuanda F.C and we ended up the champions of 58.com China League one 🥳🥳🥳. We looked comfortable all season and this shows by us winning by 23 points!! We did not go too far in the FA Cup though which is disappointing, despite us grabbing a few wins against bigger opposition.

SEASON 2-  BEST CLUB IN CHINA

Season 2 was even better & Taizhou Yuanda F.C managed to win the Ping An Chinese Super League & become champions of China🥳🥳🥳🏆. We only lost 3x games all season & held the best attack in the league. Supporters of Taizhou Yuanda F.C have said I am the " best manager they have ever had!" I leave China now with 2x League Cup's & a win rate of 76%, I have absolutely loved working in China & would recommend this league to manage in for fun!
