Just got the game

First Season with schalke 04, started the game with an unknown reputation for the manager and it seems to be causing a lot in the dressing room appointed on an interim basis for a whole season signed couple of wonderkids and tested a lot of tactics change the whole back room staff entirely and still yet everything seems to be falling apart any help to turn the season around ?

no much transfer budget 

I’d appreciate a bargain striker that scores well too
